Homemade Teeth Whitening

Everyone wants that dazzling smile. To get it, they’re willing to pay thousands to sit in a dentist’s chair and go through a process they can easily do themselves at home. Homemade teeth whitening is possible with a little patience and the right ingredients.
- Hydrogen peroxide + Baking Soda – You simply need to mix them together and brush your teeth with them but don’t leave them on too long or you’ll get white spots on your teeth, and the same applies to your gums.

Here’s a clearer idea on how to do it right: 2 tbsp hydrogen peroxide + 2 tbsp. baking soda. Use a little water to make this into a paste with similar thickness as toothpastes. Use a wet toothbrush to rub it on your teeth for two minutes, avoiding the gums. Rinse the brush and use clear water to brush your teeth for an additional two minutes. You can use warm water or mouthwash to rinse your mouth. Follow this homemade teeth whitening idea twice a week and you’ll see that amazing smile come to light.
- Banana Peels – The peels in bananas contain high quantities of vitamins and minerals that are perfect for your teeth and their well-being. They work to remove stains and keep your teeth wonderful. This homemade teeth whitening idea is safe, chemical-free and cheap too. It’s quite simple: rub the inside of the banana peel all over your teeth, front as well the molars at the back. Do this for 2 minutes and use regular toothpaste to brush it all away as you normally would. The safety with using banana peels is so high that you can apply this idea everyday and get closer to that sensational smile.
- Strawberries – These fruits have a wonderful amount of natural acidic chemicals inside them that are good for your health. Also, their inner fruit is abrasive. The roughness works perfectly to help you with your homemade teeth whitening. Rub the insides of the fruit all over your teeth and rinse with water. However, if you want a more detailed approach, crush one strawberry into pulp and add ½ tbsp. baking soda. Spread the mixture on your teeth with a brush and leave it so for 5 minutes. Afterwards, clean each tooth with clear water using the brush (after you’ve rinsed it). Do this twice a week and results are sure to show up.
